A new application from Bravo TV hopes to straighten out the many thousands of city dwellers confused by the trend that their show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, may be responsible for.

The network is offering a new picture messaging service for gay men and straight women to identify whether a man is actually gay or is just well groomed. Users simply take a picture of the man in question and send it in an MMS (multimedia message) to 429327. An advanced algorithm on the server will determine the sexuality of the man in question and send back a text with the answer.

Despite the purpose of the application, Bravo is hesitant to mention that the short code spells out "GAYDAR."
